Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: She is chronically ill and has cognitive decline. She has mobility issues and fine motor difficulties. She enjoys music and tv. About the care needs: She needs someone experienced with transfering and assistance to the bathroom. She needs help with feeding and meds. Services needed include: feeding, dressing, and mobility assistance. On occasion, Home Health may come.
