Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We are looking to bring someone on a full time 40 hour a week basis, but the hours will be variable and flexible. We will commit to paying for 40 hours each week regardless of the full hours being used, but needs lots of scheduling flexibility. Being close to Back Bay is a major plus and having lot of flexibility. No overnights. Only day time/evening. Very occasional short blocks on a weekend scheduled ahead of time when it works.
