CNC Lathe Machinist II

We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe machinist to work 1st or 2nd shift. Must have recent experience and capabilities in setup and running multiple machines. Previous experience in CNC machining is required. Mastercam experience helpful but not required.

Essential Duties:

• CNC Lathe experience is required
• Machine setup and run production
• Performs first article and in-process inspections
• Ability to read drawings
• Perform offset changes
• Install cutting tools in machine
• Knowledge with inspection hand tools
• Experience in both lathes and mills is a plus

Skills/Knowledge:

• Proven skills and knowledge of 5-6 multi-axis lathe with live tooling
• Proven skills and knowledge of setup and operating CNC lathes
• Fluent in English (Speak, Read, Write)
• Experience with Mori Seiki lathes with Fanuc controls
• Citizen Swiss experience a plus
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus
• ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100 experience a plus

• 5+ years as setup and CNC Machinist

Schedule:

• 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
• Monday - Friday
• 7:00am – 3:30pm (1st Shift)
• 3:15pm – 11:45pm (2nd Shift)

Pay:

• Final compensation based on individual qualifications and experience.
• Eligible for bonus pay.

• Full-Time

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
• Lift occasionally up to 50 lbs.
