\nCompassionate Healing & Psychotherapy Center (CHPC) is expanding our multidisciplinary Arizona team.
\nWe are seeking compassionate, collaborative clinicians who are passionate about trauma-informed care and want to build a long-term professional home where they can focus on clinical work, professional growth, and future leadership — without carrying the burden of running a private practice alone.
\nClients are already waiting for the right clinician, and referrals continue to come in.
\nWHAT WE OFFER

\nCOMPENSATION
\nMaster’s-Level Clinicians:
\nCaseload-development compensation up to approximately $50 per completed clinical hour, with progression into part-time and full-time salaried roles.
\nLicensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD/PsyD):
\nCaseload-development compensation of approximately $62–$65 per completed clinical hour, depending on specialization and experience, with progression into salaried roles and advanced opportunities in assessment, supervision, and leadership.
\nSenior and advanced psychologist roles may reach $90,000–$100,000+, depending on productivity, psychological evaluations, assessments, report writing, supervision, specialty services, and leadership responsibilities.
\nThe hourly rate is intended as a caseload-development stage — not the long-term endpoint.
\nOUR CLINICAL FOCUS
\nCHPC serves individuals, couples, adolescents, university students, and families.
\nOur referrals commonly include:
\n• Childhood relational and attachment trauma
\n• Complex PTSD and developmental trauma
\n• Adult survivors of childhood abuse or neglect
\n• Domestic violence and abusive relationships
\n• Narcissistic and antagonistic relationship dynamics
\n• Relationship and attachment concerns
\n• Adolescents in chaotic or high-conflict households
\n• Borderline Personality Disorder and complex presentations
\n• ADHD and neurodivergence
\n• Depression, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation
\n• LGBTQIA+ concerns
\n• Religious/spiritual trauma
\n• Racial and cultural trauma
\n• University and graduate student mental health
\n• First responder trauma and occupational stress
\n• Grief, identity concerns, and major life transitions
\nYou do not need to specialize in every area. We want to know which populations and clinical concerns you are most passionate about serving.
\nTRAUMA SPECIALIZATION & PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
\nWe especially value clinicians with training, experience, or strong interest in:
\n• EMDR
\n• Internal Family Systems / parts work
\n• Somatic and body-based trauma approaches
\n• Attachment-focused and relational therapy
\n• Complex trauma and C-PTSD
\n• Domestic violence and relational abuse
\n• LGBTQIA+-affirming care
\n• Neurodiversity-affirming care

\nMULTIDISCIPLINARY PRACTICE
\nCHPC welcomes both master’s- and doctoral-level behavioral health professionals.
\nLicensed Clinical Psychologists are encouraged to apply whether their interests include psychotherapy, psychological evaluations, assessment services, or a combination.
\nWe also collaborate with other healthcare and community professionals when appropriate to support comprehensive, coordinated care.
\nCASELOAD DEVELOPMENT
\nCHPC currently has a small starting caseload available and continues to receive new referrals.
\nWe provide the infrastructure, marketing, administrative support, training, and referral opportunities so clinicians can focus primarily on clinical care.
\nWe also believe in transparency: a specific number of referrals or caseload size cannot be guaranteed.
\nA sustainable caseload develops through specialization, availability, responsiveness to referrals, therapeutic fit, client retention, scheduling flexibility, and professional outreach.
\nCaseload development is a shared partnership.

\nREMOTE NOW + FUTURE HYBRID
\nArizona positions are currently primarily remote.
\nCHPC plans to expand into a physical office in the Phoenix/Ahwatukee area within approximately the next two months, creating future hybrid opportunities.
\nAs our Arizona team grows, additional office locations may also be considered based on where clinicians live and where client demand develops, with the goal of reducing unnecessary commuting and helping clinicians build visibility within their communities.
\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
\n• Master’s or doctoral degree in an appropriate behavioral health discipline
\n• Active Arizona license or associate-level credential appropriate to the role
\n• Understanding of diagnosis, treatment planning, and professional documentation
\n• Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed client care
\n• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
\n• Willingness to participate in consultation and professional development
\n• Individual Professional Liability Insurance in addition to CHPC's organizational coverage
\n• Appropriate confidential environment and technology for telehealth
\nFoundational trauma training is strongly preferred for psychotherapy roles.
