CNA / Travel CNA Certified Nursing Assistant – Day Shift/ Night Shift

Location: Salem, WV

Contract Length: 9 weeks with possible extension

Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts

Hours: 36 hours/week

Pay: $18/hr

Requirements

\n
• Current CNA certification required
\n
• Previous CNA/Nursing Assistant experience preferred
\n
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferred
\n
• Strong attendance and reliability required
\n
• Ability to commit to the full contract
\n
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
\n
• Must meet the completion bonus attendance requirements
\n

Responsibilities

\n
• Provide direct patient/resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff
\n
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
\n
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
\n
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
\n
• Obtain and document vital signs as assigned
\n
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration
\n
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
\n
• Maintain a safe and comfortable patient environment
\n
• Follow infection-control and safety procedures
\n
• Provide compassionate and respectful resident care
\n
• Communicate effectively with the nursing and healthcare team
\n
