\nRole Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Park City, UT, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across landscaping, snow removal, and related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their property needs, and coordinating with design, operations, and field teams to schedule and oversee work. The role involves preparing and presenting service proposals, tracking project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction. The Account Manager will monitor service quality, manage renewals, support upselling of additional services, and maintain accurate records in company systems. Collaboration with internal teams, occasional site visits, and proactive communication with clients are key components of this position.

- Client relationship and account management skills, including communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. \n
- Project coordination abilities covering scheduling, workflow oversight, and collaboration with field and operations teams. \n
- Basic understanding of landscaping, snow removal, and related outdoor property services, with the ability to learn technical details as needed. \n
- Organizational and administrative skills, including record keeping, proposal creation, and use of office and CRM software. \n
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. \n
- Comfort with on-site work, including regular property visits and occasional outdoor conditions across seasons. \n
- Prior experience in account management, customer service, or operations in landscaping, construction, or related industries is beneficial. \n
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field is an asset. \n
