Role Description: This on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) role is based in Sugar Land, Texas. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, feeding and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to pediatric clients.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

· Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech, language, communication, and feeding evaluations.

\n

· Develop and execute individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

\n

· Evaluate and treat articulation, phonology, expressive/receptive language, social communication (pragmatics), and fluency disorders.

\n

· Assess and treat pediatric feeding and swallowing/dysphagia needs within the SLP scope of practice.

\n

· Target functional feeding skills: oral-motor development, chewing, drinking, food acceptance, and texture progression.

\n

· Support children with selective eating, sensory-based feeding challenges, and mealtime difficulties.

\n

· Provide caregiver education, progress coaching, and functional home strategies.

\n

· Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and communicate regularly with families.

\n

· Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, physicians, pediatricians, dietitians, and behavioral health providers.

\n

Qualifications:

\n

· Bilingual SLP in Spanish- English preferred.

\n

· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

\n

· Current Texas SLP license.

\n

· Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.

\n

· Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical, school, or outpatient experience.

\n

· Strong background in pediatric speech/language disorders and feeding/dysphagia.

\n

· Solid foundation in evidence-based practice and child-led intervention principles.

\n

· Current CPR/BLS certification

\n

· Strong organization and communication skills.

\n
