\nRole Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role based in Gaithersburg, MD. The CNA will provide direct personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ condition, supporting safe transfers, and assisting with meals and basic household tasks related to client care. The CNA will follow individualized care plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with nurses, supervisors, and families to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. The role may involve supporting clients receiving hospice or specialized care and requires adherence to agency policies and all applicable regulations.

- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Maryland and current CPR certification. \n
- Demonstrated skills in personal care assistance, safe patient handling, and basic vital sign monitoring. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and care team members. \n
- Reliability in following care plans, documenting services provided, and reporting client status changes. \n
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to different home environments, and provide compassionate, client-centered care. \n
- Experience in home care, hospice, or senior caregiving is preferred. \n
- High school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings. \n
