About this job

What you'll be doing

We sell a system to solo estate planning attorneys who are drowning. You'll take 5-8 warm, pre-qualified implementation calls a day with attorneys who have already watched two pre-call videos, written down their numbers, and shown up expecting to make a decision. Your job is to find out whether the program is actually right for them — and when it is, to close it that day.

If you need to pressure someone into a yes, this isn't a fit. If you can ask a better question than anyone in the room and sit in the silence afterward, keep reading.

These are not cold calls. Prospects have opted in, been called and qualified by a setter, watched a pre-call VSL and a software demo, and brought four numbers with them. Leads are provided — you will not be prospecting, running ads, or building your own pipeline.

Who you'll be talking to

The ideal client is a solo attorney whose primary practice area is estate planning. Frequently, this is a parent in their 30s or 40s with young kids. They're usually doing around $15K-$30K a month in revenue with big swings, working 50 hours a week, taking home far less than the revenue suggests and what they want. These are smart, credentialed, and high-achieving but quietly exhausted solo attorneys. They're juggling online intake forms, Word docs, Excel sheets, PDFs, file folders, handwritten notes, email threads, and email attachments, and they think there's a way to make all these disconnected tools work that they haven't figured out yet. Some are DIY-oriented until they've literally just had enough. They have a hard time truly valuing the lost cost of their time being spent elsewhere instead of on revenue-generating work. You will need to be genuinely good with a skeptical professional who is used to being the smartest person in the room and who thinks their problem is "unique" to them.

Compensation opportunity

This is a commission-only position. You'll get a percentage of cash collected, paid twice a month. Based on current call volume and a 45% close rate at $4,500, on-target compensation is $200,000.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $180,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct implementation calls with estate planning solos booked by our setters from inbound funnel traffic.

  • Follow our documented call framework end to end: source and intention, frame, firm background, the three-pillar diagnostic grids, golden question, cost of inaction, lifestyle goal, solutions tried, pain, doubt, clarity, transition, temp check, deliverables, price drop, objections, close.

  • Run the math with them live — their meetings per month, their first-meeting conversion rate, their current revenue, their goal — and let their own cost-of-inaction number do the work.

  • Handle price-based and competitor-based objections cleanly, using the process and the prospect's own stated reality, not pressure.

  • Collect payment on the call, including structuring payment plans within approved terms.

  • Document every call in our tracker and CRM the same day: setter notes, program price quoted, outcome, and the specifics of their firm.

  • Run disciplined follow-up on decision-pending calls and no-shows.

  • Feed the marketing side: the objections you hear, the language attorneys use for their own problems, and the patterns you see across calls directly shape our ads, VSLs, and setter scripts.

Qualifications:

Non-negotiable:

  • 2+ years closing high-ticket offers ($3K-$25K) on video calls, with numbers you can speak to specifically: calls taken, close rate, cash collected, average deal size.

  • You sell by asking, not by telling. You know the difference between a prospect who says "this makes sense" and one who has actually told you their problem is unbearable — and you don't move forward until you get a real answer.

  • You can hold a frame with a credentialed professional without becoming either combative or a pushover.

  • You can be told "the investment is [PROGRAM PRICE] for the year," then sit still and say nothing.

  • Ruthless CRM hygiene. If it isn't documented, it didn't happen.

  • Remote-work discipline: your own quiet space, a hardwired connection, a good camera and mic with good lighting, and a calendar you honor.

Strongly preferred:

  • Experience selling to attorneys, accountants, doctors, or other licensed professionals.

  • Experience selling a software-plus-implementation hybrid, where the buyer's real fear is adoption time rather than price.

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM/pipeline stack.

  • Prior work inside a funnel where setters hand off to closers, so you understand what a clean handoff looks like and how to protect the set.

You will not be a fit if:

  • Your close rate depends on urgency you invented or discounts you weren't authorized to offer.

  • You need a heavy manager. We'll train you deeply on the offer and the framework, but we won't be listening to every single call ongoing because we expect to have a high level of trust in our closer following our model.

  • You're uncomfortable telling a prospect that this isn't right for them. We have a program with real delivery obligations, and an enrolled member who shouldn't be here costs us more than a lost sale.

About Company

We were founded by Bonnie Faucett, a former estate planning attorney who built an in-person and virtual firm to $80k a month as a solo. She built the software she couldn't find, and now hundreds of estate planning attorneys run their firms on her software.

You'll be representing two things:

  • Legacy Architects — the only cloud-based software where estate planning attorneys and their clients can securely collaborate throughout every phase of the estate planning journey in a beautiful master vault, start to finish—without ever managing client information in Word, Excel, or email threads again.

  • The $50K Solo — our flagship implementation program built on the software, plus done-for-you drafting and a complete resource library.

The promise to Legacy Architects lawyers: go from roller-coaster months and nights-and-weekends client work to consistent $50K months inside normal business hours — without hiring more staff, adding more hours, or sacrificing cash flow.
