Join the SIMOS team as a Warehouse Associate and help support our peak ramp! We're seeking dependable associates to assist with shipping, order fulfillment, and production in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Enjoy weekly pay while working with a team to meet increased seasonal demand.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of warehouse experience and be comfortable staying active throughout their shift.

Shift and Pay Details:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM | $17/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM | $18/hour
• Must be flexible and available to work overtime and weekends as needed during peak season.

Employment Types: Full Time, Long Term.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 / hour

Duties:

• Overtime may be required depending on production needs. Must be available to work more than 8 hours per day as needed
• Scanning and processing customer orders
• Packing completed products for shipment
• Applying order labels and preparing items for printing
• Assisting with feeding and operating production equipment
• Replenishing materials and supplies to workstations
• Helping with roll changes, jams, or production issues
• Learning and becoming proficient in all department equipment and software (including MAS200, MS Office, UPS). Data entry and Haz Mat are a plus.

Position Requirements:

6 months of warehouse experience is required

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Ability to coordinate the maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment
• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
