About the Role:

As a Day CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your dedication and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents. Day CNAs at John Knox Village East & Meyer Care Center are responsible for:

• Providing personal care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, eating and grooming
• Assisting with mobility and transfer activities, including wheelchair usage and ambulation
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Working collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

• Encourages independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs and rehabilitation

• Answers signal lights promptly
