Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN

Location: Hollywood/Broward County, FL

Setting: School-Based

Schedule: Flexible PRN School-Day Hours

Anticipated Hours: Approximately 2–3 hours per week

Collaborative Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide services to a small school-based caseload at two nearby campuses in the Hollywood/Broward County area.

Current Caseload

• Combined caseload: 2 students
• Approximately 2–3 anticipated hours per week
• Caseload may grow as additional students are identified

Hours are anticipated and may vary based on each student's IEP service minutes and scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and interventions
• Support student mobility and participation within the educational environment
• Complete required documentation and service records
• Collaborate with the supervising PT and educational team

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Reliable transportation between assigned campuses
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
