Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) — ONE SITE | Middletown CT

Trusted Medical is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support our growing national clinical research program serving Veterans, active-duty military personnel, and communities nationwide.

This position is primarily ONE SITE in Middletown CT with the possibility of an occasional hybrid schedule based on operational and research needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clinical research studies from start-up through closeout
  • Support participant recruitment, enrollment, retention, and study visits
  • Maintain accurate research documentation, regulatory files, and study records
  • Monitor study timelines, milestones, enrollment goals, and protocol compliance
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GCP, IRB requirements, sponsor guidelines, and study protocols
  • Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, vendors, clinical teams, and leadership
  • Support monitoring visits, audits, inspections, and regulatory activities
  • Assist with clinical data collection, review, reporting, and resolution of data discrepancies
  • Support study budgets, resources, site operations, and overall trial activities
  • Provide a professional, respectful, and patient-centered experience for all study participants

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Life Sciences, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience
  • Experience supporting multiple clinical trials
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, IRB requirements, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, Veterans, military personnel, sponsors, vendors, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a multi-site or national clinical research network
  • Experience supporting research involving Veterans or military populations
  • Experience with clinical research systems, EDC platforms, and study management tools
  • CCRP, CCRC, or equivalent clinical research certification

Schedule & Travel

  • Primarily ONE SITE — Middletown CT
  • May occasionally operate on a hybrid schedule
  • Periodic travel may be required for national meetings, site visits, training, and research activities
  • Must be able to travel on short notice when necessary
