Hiring CDL-A Trainees

What It Takes

• New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months verifiable solo experience
• Teams and owner operators welcome
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
• Clean MVR and background check
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing

Training First

• Guaranteed weekly pay during your training period
• One-on-one mentor training on the road
• Straight into solo mileage pay once training ends
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school to start

Then the Real Money

• Average weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,800 on the OTR pay package
• $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months as a solo driver
• Performance bonus program
• $75 plus mileage for short haul loads, $15 stop pay

On the Road

• Mixed lanes and customers, steady freight
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
• Consistent weekly mileage

Home Time

• Home every two weeks
• Day and night dispatch
• Weekends included, holidays are volunteer only, never mandatory
