Home Helpers Home Care of West Marietta is hiring experienced CNAs and personal caregivers for immediate overnight coverage in the Marietta/West Cobb area.

We have an immediate need for dependable caregivers who are experienced with hands-on personal care, mobility assistance, gait belts, and transfers. The initial assignment involves supporting a client returning home from rehabilitation who is currently non-weight-bearing and requires 24-hour assistance.

Immediate overnight availability is required. This is initially a short-term assignment with opportunities for continued hours and consistent client assignments as our agency grows.

Immediate Hiring Need

• 12-hour overnight shifts
• Immediate start
• Marietta/West Cobb area
• Additional daytime, weekend, and overnight opportunities may also be available
• Case-specific orientation and training provided

Responsibilities May Include

• Overnight safety supervision
• Hands-on transfers using a gait belt
• Wheelchair and mobility assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
• Repositioning and fall-prevention support
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and hydration support
• Light housekeeping
• Documentation and communication with the office
• Companionship while respecting the client’s independence and privacy

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced CNA, PCA, HHA, or professional caregiver
• Comfortable with hands-on personal care
• Demonstrated experience with gait belts and transfers
• Comfortable assisting a non-weight-bearing client
• Dependable and punctual
• Calm, patient, and respectful
• Able to work independently in a client’s home
• Strong communication skills
• Able to remain alert and responsive throughout an overnight shift
• Available to complete onboarding immediately

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass required background screening
• Current CPR/First Aid and TB documentation preferred
• Ability to meet all onboarding and training requirements before assignment

Pay and Benefits
