Manufacturing Assembly 1st Shift

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to add buildup to steel rule cutting dies according to customer job specifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Adhere all types of ejection material to die board
• Select proper grade of corrugated stock for samples
• Operate Rubba cutter, CMS, Plotter and Sample Press
• Read and understand customer machine specifications
• Identify nonconforming material during inspection activities
• Documenting time on job card and CyFrame ERP system
• Comply with safety and employment policies of the company
• Report near-miss accidents and unsafe behaviors by co-workers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• Ability to read a tape measure

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to speak and understand English
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift
• Must know how to read specs
• Must be able to hear to listen to instructions
• Frequently lifting/moving die boards from one area of production to another
• Ability to lift 65 pounds

Environmental and Physical Working Conditions:

• Constant noise
• High Dust Levels
