Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatric Home Visits

What You'll Do

• Conduct evaluations
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services
• Track progress toward therapy goals
• Complete clinical documentation
• Educate caregivers
• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers
• Participate in treatment planning
• Optional opportunity to supervise COTAs

• $64–$92 per visit/hour (depending on location, experience, and employment type)

Requirements

Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license (OT, OTR/L, OTD, or MSOT), CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong interpersonal skills.
