Tobin & Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee two facilities, located approximately 37 miles apart, in West Union, OH. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of two nursing homes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve care quality, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement

• Collaborate with facility staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care delivery

• Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for both facilities

• Foster relationships with community partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote the facilities' reputation and interests
