Regional CDL-A Driver - Andalusia, AL - New CDL Holders Welcome

Weekly pay from $1,200 to $1,500 after training, running regional freight that never goes further north than Ohio-Indiana.

Pay

• Weekly average pay $1,200 to $1,500
• Mileage rate $0.55 to $0.65 cpm, based on experience
• Monthly bonus potential up to $0.08 cpm (fuel, safety, performance)
• Weekly pay, direct deposit
• Detention pay, layover pay, and extra stop pay included

Route & Freight

• Dry van freight, 100% no touch
• 40% live load, 60% drop and hook
• Lumpers paid when unload is required
• Regional lanes across the Southeast, no further north than Ohio-Indiana
• 1,900 to 2,200 miles weekly

• Trainee pay of $650 per week during training
• Training runs 4 to 6 weeks, both regional and OTR
• Home every other week, 34 to 48 hours
• Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required to start
• Paid orientation, plus travel and hotel covered
• Dog or rider allowed once training is complete

Truck & Policies

• No slip seating, your truck is assigned to you
• Take your truck home during home time
• Freightliner, KW T680, or International, automatic transmission, 2022 or newer
• APU equipped
• Rider policy available from day one
• Pet policy: one dog, under 30 lbs

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every other week for 48 hours
• 24-hour dispatch

Qualifications

• Must be 21 with a valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record, no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years
• No termination from a previous job due to safety concerns
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps
• No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug testing
