About the Role

As a night CNA with John Knox Village East & Meyer Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will work under the supervision of our charge nurse to assist with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate, energetic, and reliable individual who is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising

• Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, and procedures

• Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed

• Answer call lights promptly

• Ensure resident safety

Requirements:

• Successful completion of the State of Missouri's approved nursing assistant program

• Ability to work a night shift rotation, requiring ability to work every other weekend

• High school diploma or equivalent required
