What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide personal care and daily living assistance while promoting residents' independence, comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Help residents with walking, transfers, repositioning, and other mobility needs while following appropriate safety procedures.

• Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration according to individual care plans.

• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.

• Complete required documentation accurately, promptly, and confidentially.

• Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, nurses, and fellow team members.

• Protect resident privacy and dignity while maintaining professional standards of conduct.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Current CNA, CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain certifications.

• A compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and facility policies.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
