Job Title: Medical Electronics Soldering Assembler

Location: Winter Springs, FL
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00/hr. (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience with hand soldering and electronic assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience working with small components using microscopes or magnification tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Electronics Soldering Assembler to build and inspect precision electronic components used in medical devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand soldering, micro-assembly, and working with small electronic parts while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering of wires, surface-mount, and through-hole components onto PCBs.
• Complete micro-assembly using microscopes and precision hand tools.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing instructions.
• Inspect solder joints, circuit boards, and completed assemblies for defects.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and follow ESD procedures.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation while meeting quality and productivity goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IPC-A-610 or J-STD certification preferred.
• Experience with medical device, electronics, or precision assembly.
• Experience with SMT and through-hole soldering.
