PCA/CNA – Mandatory Every Other Weekend (Midlothian, Petersburg, Richmond, VA)

Job Details:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Dressing and toileting.
- Mobility and transfers.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Perform light housekeeping duties:
- Laundry.
- Cleaning.
- Organizing.
Help with medication reminders (no administration unless authorized).
Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if required).
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate documentation and time records (EVV if applicable).
