Part-Time or Full-Time | Monterey, CA | $54–$68/hour (($112-$141k/year) + $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus

A well-established pediatric therapy practice in Monterey, CA is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT or new graduate looking for strong mentorship, a supportive clinical environment, and a ready-to-go caseload.

Role Overview

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to pediatric patients
• Full-time schedule is 32 hours/week
• Part-time schedules are highly flexible
• Approximately 53-minute treatment sessions
• Guaranteed hourly pay with clock-in/clock-out-no wory about cancellations docking pay
• No overlapping patients
• Supportive, realistic productivity expectations with time to build a caseload and get comfortable with documentation
• Therapists can block their schedules when additional documentation time is needed
• Opportunity to work with school district contracts if interested, but not required
• Saturday availability is welcome at the same hourly rate
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates who still need to obtain their California OT license will be considered; licensure typically takes 3–4 weeks

Benefits and Compensation

Full-Time:

• $54–$68/hour ($112-$141k/year) + $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus

• $500 annual CEU budget with flexibility based on clinical needs

Part-Time:

• Highly flexible scheduling

• California-required paid sick time

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active California OT license or ability to obtain California licensure
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
