Paid CNA Training Program

Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program for individuals ages 16 and older.

This program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical training in a skilled nursing setting. All clinical training hours are paid at $15.50/hour.

Graduates who successfully complete the course and obtain state CNA certification may be offered full-time employment with benefits starting at $19.50/hour.
