Job Title: Activities Coordinator.
We are seeking an FUN enthusiastic and guest‑focused Activities Coordinator to plan and lead fun, engaging recreational programs for resort guests. This is a hands‑on, high‑energy role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and creating memorable experiences. - Lead daily recreational activities for guests of all ages.
- Create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment.
- Quality control of recreational areas, including basketball courts, tennis courts, pool areas and children’s playground.
- Ability to exercise patience and understanding with adults & children.
- Assist with holiday events and special programs.
- Set up, break down, and clean activity and event areas.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of recreational spaces.
- Able to manage, direct and complete assigned duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Address guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors and support special projects.
- Assist other departments as needed, including Front Desk coverage.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of guest service, hospitality, or recreation experience.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
- Comfortable working with children and adults.
- Confident swimmer.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
