Western Proppants, a Dietzler Company, is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at our aggregate and sand processing facility in Yoder, WY. What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and plant equipment.
• Service conveyor systems and other critical processing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, controls, automation systems, and related electrical components.
• Inspect equipment and determine repair or replacement needs.
• Identify materials, parts, and labor requirements for maintenance and project work.
• Review project requests and provide cost estimates and recommendations.
• Support a culture of safety by maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Travel to other mine and project sites when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Wyoming Journeyman Electrician License, or the ability to obtain Wyoming licensure through reciprocity within six weeks of hire.
• Master/Journeyman Electrician certification preferred.
• Strong industrial electrical experience, including:
  • 3-phase motors (10 HP–150 HP)
  • Soft starters
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Experience working around heavy industrial equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and safety.

Physical Requirements

This position requires working in an active industrial environment and the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours daily)
• Bend and stoop frequently
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Carry 50-60 pounds for up to 20 feet
• Push and pull equipment and materials throughout the workday

Compensation & Benefits

$30-$45 per hour DOE
