Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients

• Conduct therapy sessions, including exercise programs, functional activities, and interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Participate in patient education and family training to promote successful rehabilitation outcomes

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
