Unit Clerk / Transportation

Responsibilities:

• Performs secretarial/clerical duties in the clinical setting. 
• Functions as the focal support and communication source for the behavioral health unit.  
• Coordinates the ordering and delivery of patient meals and snacks and will be responsible for admissions and paperwork pertaining to census reports and billing.  
• Responsible for driving the vehicle to and from assigned destinations to pick up and deliver patients and/or supplies.  
• May be required to assist patients into and out of vehicle. 
• Will help maintain the vehicle and maintains good customer/patient relations at all times.  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) 
• Must have active driver’s license with clean driving history
