About the Role:
Dynamic Routes LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable OTR Truck Driver with a CDL-A to join our growing team out of Concord, NC. Responsibilities:

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on over-the-road (OTR) long-haul routes across the country
• Ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of freight to designated destinations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate logs using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) per FMCSA Hours of Service rules
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues
• Secure and verify loads to ensure cargo integrity throughout transit
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic and transportation laws

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required
• Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable OTR or long-haul truck driving experience preferred
• Clean MVR and satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT physical and drug screening requirements
• Familiarity with ELD systems and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently on the road
• Excellent communication skills and a safety-first mindset
