Location: Aurora, CO Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

We're looking for an entry-level welder who takes ownership of their craft and follows safety and quality standards with discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, aluminum, or stainless steel under guidance
• Read basic blueprints and welding symbols to execute standard welds
• Inspect welds for accuracy and correct minor defects
• Assist with welding machine setup (voltage, wire feed speed, gas settings)
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues to senior staff
• Follow PPE and safety protocols; keep workstation clean and organized
• Work alongside Fabrication Technicians and senior welders to learn best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical welding training
• 1–2 years of welding/fabrication experience

Work Environment

• Full-time, in-person, Mon–Thu 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (OT as needed)
• Shop environment: sparks, fumes, heat, noise; PPE required
• Physical demands: lifting up to 50 lbs, extended standing/welding in various positions
