$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations to enhance their quality of life.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents' well-being.
Qualifications:
- Experience in providing compassionate care to individuals in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to assist residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Proven track record of monitoring and documenting health status changes accurately and promptly.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the nursing team and residents' families.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Experience in engaging residents in meaningful activities that enhance their well-being.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including AM, PM, and NOC, to meet the needs of our community.
