Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Associates to support sourcing, evaluation, and facilitation of private market investment opportunities.

This is a certified contractor role, not employment. Associates operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Private Markets Associates will:

• Support the sourcing and submission of off-market or proprietary deals

• Conduct preliminary research and analysis on potential investment opportunities

• Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified deal and deal-support track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with exposure to private market transactions, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Markets Associates may:

• Source or identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context: asset type, structure, economics, and investment thesis

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence and information handoff (analysts handle detailed modeling)

Note: Associates are not responsible for full underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Associates may submit or support opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved according to experience and sourcing credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Compensation is success-based only

• Typical earnings: $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

• Paid upon transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Associate role

• No earning caps for consistently high-quality deal support

1. Submit a Private Markets Associate application and background details

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin supporting and submitting qualified deals to the network

No cold pitching or blind outreach: all opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
