State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) Day Shift

We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Available Schedule:

Full Time/ Day Shift

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Includes every other weekend rotation)

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Follow facility policies, state regulations, and infection control procedures
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio STNA certification required
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and compassionate work ethic
