State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA)

We are looking for compassionate, dependable STNAs who enjoy working with seniors and want to be part of a supportive long-term care team.

Shifts Available:

• Full Time Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; With every other weekend rotation

• Part Time Day Shift 7:00AM-7:00PM; With every other weekend rotation.

Duties

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care while promoting resident dignity and independence

• Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily needs

• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

• Dependable with strong communication skills

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
