We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) on a PRN basis in Keene, NH. Join a collaborative rehabilitation setting where you can provide individualized care focused on helping residents strengthen functional abilities and participate more independently in daily activities.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment addressing daily living skills, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance
• Establish appropriate therapy goals and monitor resident progress
• Recommend adaptive strategies and equipment to improve safety and independence
• Adjust treatment approaches based on individual needs and clinical progress
• Educate residents and caregivers on techniques that support daily function
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with COTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• $50–$55/hour

• Opportunity to provide meaningful, individualized care

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
