Autumn Lake at Glen Burnie is seeking a dependable and compassionate Rehab Aide to support our therapy department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, rehabilitation, or pursuing a future career in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the rehabilitation team with preparing treatment areas and therapy equipment
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy gym
• Escort residents to and from therapy sessions
• Clean and sanitize equipment according to facility protocols
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and daily department operations
• Monitor inventory and restock therapy supplies as needed
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with residents and team members
