Our facility is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility with compassion, professionalism, and excellence. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a positive environment for residents and staff.
Job Duties:
Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead staff in delivering exceptional resident care
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
Implement quality assurance programs and address resident concerns
Recruit, train, and supervise department heads
Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and the community
Represent the facility in public and professional settings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
Current Nursing Home Administrator license
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or long-term care
Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
Knowledge of nursing home regulations and best practices
Professional integrity and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
