We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Orthopedics and Pain Management practice. This is a full-time position with an established, supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic and pain conditions
• Performing follow-up visits and treatment planning
• Administering injections as part of the pain management protocol
• Collaborating with physicians and clinical staff
• Accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Willingness to travel to Western Nassau/Queens-based offices

Qualifications:
Licensed PA or NP in New York State

• Experience in Orthopedics and Pain Management preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Spanish speaking
