Sandbox Logistics Inc. is growing in the Madison/Huntsville area, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated, safety-focused drivers who are ready to work, earn consistent weekly pay, and become part of a strong team.

As a FedEx Ground Pickup & Delivery Driver, you’ll operate a company-provided FedEx-branded vehicle while delivering and picking up packages for residential and business customers throughout the local area.

No CDL is required. Paid training is provided.


This is a great opportunity for experienced delivery drivers, box-truck drivers, step-van drivers, and other qualified commercial driving professionals looking for a stable full-time position with room to grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Safely operate a FedEx Ground-branded step van, box truck, or similar delivery vehicle
  
  
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  
  
• Load, scan, deliver, and pick up packages along an assigned route
  
  
• Use a company-provided scanner and delivery technology
  
  
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
  
  
• Meet FedEx Ground service and delivery standards
  
  
• Follow all DOT, FedEx Ground, terminal, and company safety requirements
  
  
• Keep your assigned vehicle clean and immediately report maintenance or safety concerns
  
  
• Work independently while staying connected with the operations team
  
  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want dependable people who take pride in doing the job right.

Qualified applicants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
  
  
• Have a valid driver’s license
  
  
• Have 12 months of verifiable driving experience within the past 3 years OR 5 years of experience within the past 10 years in a box truck, step van, delivery vehicle, or similar vehicle
  
  
• Have an acceptable driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years
  
  
• Be able to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
  
  
• Be able to safely handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs. using a dolly or team assistance
  
  
• Be reliable, punctual, professional, and customer-service focused
  
  
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment
  
  

SCHEDULE

Monday–Saturday availability
Start time: Approximately 7:00 AM until route completion


Weekend and additional availability may be required during peak delivery seasons.
