Alliance Workforce is hiring experienced Cable & Wire Harness Assemblers in Pinellas Park. This is a hands-on position for someone with electrical assembly, soldering, cable, or wire harness experience. You will be building components used in aerospace, defense, and other high-performance applications.

• Build and assemble electrical cable and wire harnesses.
 • Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and install connectors.
 • Read wiring diagrams and work instructions.
 • Perform basic electrical testing and quality checks.
 • Use hand tools and production equipment.

• Cable, wire harness, electrical, or electronics assembly experience.
 • Soldering and crimping experience preferred.
 • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
 • IPC/WHMA-A-620 or J-STD-001 experience is required.

Pay: $18–$22/hr based on experience
