Danviora Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (CNA/HHA) to join our growing team in Billerica, MA. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and independence
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans

Requirements:

• Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and supporting clients
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes.
• Dementia care certification is a bonus
• Must pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
