Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the overall operations of our skilled nursing facility.

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated leader who can empower staff, take initiative, and maintain high standards of quality care and resident services.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility

• Lead and support department heads and facility staff

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Promote quality resident care and services

• Monitor facility performance, census, and operational goals

• Build a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License required

• Previous SNF/long-term care experience required

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility required

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $95,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience

• Annual performance bonus of up to $10,000 based on survey outcomes and key performance metrics
