Pay: $16.90 – $35.00 per hour

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Deburr Technician to support precision aerospace manufacturing at S&H Machine. This is a hands-on, shop-floor role focused on removing burrs, refining surfaces, and ensuring parts meet strict quality standards.

Whether you're entry-level or highly experienced, this role offers steady hours, strong benefits, and a clear path for growth. Higher levels include advanced inspection, tool maintenance, and the opportunity to train and lead others.

• Remove burrs using grinding wheels, speed cutters, and hand tools
• Use deburring knives and pneumatic tools for precision edge finishing
• Operate drill press with burr tools to break edges and refine features
• Sand and blend surfaces using Vertex tools and sandpaper
• Inspect parts using microscopes and illumination equipment
• Read and follow work instructions, work orders, and blueprints
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality
• Maintain tools and replace worn or defective equipment
• Keep work area clean, organized, and well-lit
• Support R&D and continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience in deburring, grinding, or manufacturing (level-dependent)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques
• Experience with scope work deburring 
• Ability to resharpen tools (Level 3–4 preferred)
• Ability to train and lead others (Level 4)

• Stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Use hands and tools with precision and control
• Lift and move up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs frequently
• Good vision, including close-up inspection work
