Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope primary care to residents
  
• Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
  
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
  

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA license in the state of NJ
  
• DEA license
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical provider role
  
• Nursing home experience strongly preferred
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually
