Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in West-Central Florida

A growing senior care organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for a highly confidential leadership opportunity in West-Central Florida.

This leader will be responsible for the overall success of a Skilled Nursing operation, while also providing leadership and support across affiliated Assisted Living and Independent Living services. We’re looking for a strong, people-focused administrator who can lead with confidence, strengthen team engagement, and drive operational and resident-care excellence.

Salary: 170,000-190,000 DOE

Qualifications:

• Active Florida LNHA license

• 3+ years of SNF Administrator experience preferred

• Strong SNF operations and leadership background

• Proven ability to build and engage teams

• Customer-service focused
