Director of Maintenance

Edgewood Manor of Lucasville I is looking for an Experienced Director of Maintenance. The best candidate should be skilled in day to day preventative maintenance, basic electric, plumbing and drywall.  Be organized, able to write out and follow work orders.  Keep daily, weekly and monthly records up to date both in written and computer form.  Edgewood Manor I is a 96 bed Skilled Facility Nursing located on Big Bear Creek Road in Lucasville Ohio.

You will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility and our residents' home, following the guidelines of Local ,State and Federal Agencies.
