Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process management.
Responsibilities
- Pull and organize data from company databases.
- Track workloads, financial information, and key business metrics.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Help teams manage priorities and workloads.
- Support daily business operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with different teams to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
This is a long-term hybrid contract opportunity with a major electric utility company in Walker, MI.
