What will you tackle?

• Following visual aids and written instructions to assemble and test products to spec.
• Running hand, pneumatic, and power tools; using material handling devices; and operating computer-controlled equipment.
• Keeping materials moving to maintain smooth production flow and meet schedules.
• Rotating among stations, cells, and departments as production needs change.
• Documenting production and quality information with precision.
• Escalating equipment, process, or quality concerns promptly to the right contacts.
• Setting up equipment and performing adjustments and changeovers per procedure.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, team-focused workspace while achieving quality and productivity targets.

What do you need to succeed?

• Physically able to sit or stand, bend, push, pull, and perform similar movements during the workday.
• Comfort reading and interpreting English documentation for assembly, testing, safety, and equipment.
• Proven ability to assemble and fine-tune products to documented standards and tolerances.
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds safely.
• Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED
