Activities Director

Twin Lakes Extended Care is seeking an Activities Director to create meaningful and engaging programs that support the interests, abilities, and quality of life of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate individual and group activities

• Develop programs based on residents' interests and abilities

• Organize seasonal events and special programs

• Encourage resident participation and independent activities

• Assist residents to and from activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with elderly individuals is required

• Recreation or activities experience preferred

• Degree in Recreation or previous experience as an Activities Director or Recreation Assistant preferred

• Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality

• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
